This meditation class is a guided journey into deep inner calm, designed to help you settle the mind and reconnect with the peace that already exists within you. From this grounded state of stillness, we gently move into expanded awareness — opening space for insight, intuitive guidance, and a deeper connection to something greater than ourselves. As the practice unfolds, participants are invited to experience a profound sense of unity and oneness with all that surrounds them.
Each session weaves together gentle yoga asanas to prepare the body, meditation practices rooted in mindfulness and emptiness teachings to quiet the mind, and concludes with reflections drawn from yogic philosophy. This integrated approach supports not only physical relaxation and mental clarity, but also a deeper understanding of the timeless wisdom that guides the practice.
