My work comes from my heart, born out of my own journey of healing, remembering, and returning to myself.
For many years, I searched for meaning in all the wrong places, numbing what I didn’t want to feel with alcohol and keeping myself small. When I finally let go of alcohol, space opened up for something new to pour in.
What I found was breathwork, sisterhood, ritual, connection, joy, and a way of living that no longer required me to run from myself. These tools didn’t just help me get sober—they gave me a whole new life.
