As many of you may know, the Arhuaco people in Colombia are currently facing a tragic and deeply concerning situation in their ancestral homeland. Ongoing territorial conflict in the region has left many members of the community with severe and life-threatening injuries.

The Arhuaco are not distant to us—they are family. As guardians and spiritual stewards of their sacred lands, they carry an ancient responsibility to protect and preserve one of the most revered landscapes on Earth. In this difficult moment, they are in urgent need of our support and solidarity.
